Rafael de Jes\u00fas Hern\u00e1ndez D\u00edaz, Tercer Visitador de la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Derechos Humanos de Durango, se constituyo en las instalaciones de la Escuela Secundaria T\u00e9cnica No. 32 de Santiago Papasquiaro, Dgo., a efecto de impartir pl\u00e1tica sobre Derechos Humanos de los Adolescentes, la cual se imparti\u00f3 dentro del aula que ocupa la biblioteca escolar de la Instituci\u00f3n. Dicha pl\u00e1tica se dividi\u00f3 en dos m\u00f3dulos, atendiendo primeramente de 12:00 pm a 13:15 pm los grupos de 1\u00b0B y 1\u00b0E, donde estuvieron presentes 75 alumnos y un maestro asesor.
